These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fastcashfundingco.net and services offered by Fast Cash Funding Co. (“FCFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting information, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Funding Services
FCFC helps businesses explore commercial funding solutions directly and through participating funding and service partners. Available products may include working capital, business lines of credit, equipment-related financing, receivables-based solutions, and other commercial capital products. Approval, pricing, funding amounts, timing, repayment terms, and product availability vary by transaction, applicant, and provider. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.
2. Information You Submit
You represent that information you provide is accurate, complete, and submitted with proper authority. You authorize FCFC and relevant funding or service partners to use and verify information as reasonably necessary to evaluate or provide the requested services, subject to applicable law and any additional authorization presented in your application.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Fast Cash Funding Co., you may receive recurring SMS/MMS messages concerning your inquiry, application, requested services, funding opportunities, product information, reminders, account or application updates, and, where you expressly consent, marketing and promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
You may also request help or opt out by emailing info@fastcashfundingco.net.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of applying for or obtaining financing or purchasing any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. No further messages from that SMS program will be sent unless you opt in again. We will honor other reasonable revocation requests as required by applicable law.
4. SMS Consent and Third Parties
Your SMS opt-in applies only to the specific sender and messaging program disclosed at the point of opt-in. FCFC does not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile-number consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to telecommunications carriers, aggregators, messaging platforms, and other service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the FCFC messaging program.
5. Email, Telephone, and Postal Communications
Where permitted by law and based on your communication preferences or consent, FCFC may contact you by email, telephone, or postal mail regarding your inquiry, requested services, application status, products, updates, and marketing. You may request to stop marketing communications at any time. Transactional, legal, servicing, fraud-prevention, and other non-marketing communications may still be sent where permitted.
6. No Professional Advice
Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Electronic Communications
You agree that disclosures and communications may be provided electronically where permitted by law. Marketing communications remain subject to the separate consent choices presented to you.
